Please note any refund or returns apply to any product that has not been customized.

Custom Items

We put company names, contact information, and custom information on various products hence mostly all of our items are 100% custom items and therefore not resell-able or reusable. If you purchased a defected item that has not been customized, you can return the item for a refund. Depending on the product there may be a 3% re-stocking fee.

Proof Errors

Before we begin any customization, we send a proof for your approval. We need an approval email from you to begin work. If a proof was approved and there is an error with typos or misspellings we do not provide any refunds and a new order will need to be placed.
